to view current income guidelines.The HOME Program offers no-interest, deferred payment loans to income eligible single family homeowners to assist with housing repairs and improvements. Examples of eligible repairs are roofing, windows, masonry, plumbing, heating, electrical, energy conservation measures, carpentry and the installation of handicapped accesible devices.
In order to qualify, an applicant must meet income guidelines, prove ownership of a single-family structure, and must prove that property and school taxes are current. The program will assist eligible homeowners on a countywide basis.
