If your annual income is at or below 80% of the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development income limits the subsidy amount can be up to $20,000 for a single family dwelling and up to $30,000 for a two family dwelling. If your annual income is at or below 90% of the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development income limits the subsidy amount can be up to $15,000 for a single family dwelling and up to $20,000 for a two family dwelling.
