The Cortland Housing Assistance Council, Inc. welcomes you to
the Pomeroy School Apartment complex. There are a total of 33 handicapped accessible
apartments in this complex and we also provide many services that are included
with the rent.

- Laundry room - open 24 hours a day for the convenience of the tenants
- Garbage removal
- Fire alarm systems - each apartment is equipped with smoke and heat detectors,
also several manual alarms are placed throughout the building that may be
utilitzed in case of an emergency.
- Elevator - may be used for moving in or out
- Handicapped ramp - provides accessibility to entire building through the
main lobby and elevator
- Toddler playground/patio - provides a fenced in area for younger children
to play, while their parents enjoy the patio area.
- Storage - seasonal storage is available within the building on a limited
basis.
- Security System
- Community Rooms- there are two community rooms, which may be used by reservation
only.
- Parking- parking lot with several handicapped spaces provided
- Extermination service - routine monthly extermination for preventative maintenance
