RESTORE is an emergency home repair program for low-income elderly homeowners.
The program is designed to provide emergency home repairs to correct conditions that are an imminent threat to the health and safety of low-income elderly homeowners. It is not just a home improvement or rehabilitation program.
Eligible homeowners must be at least 60 years of age who are owner-occupants living in their primary residence of not more than 4 units, and whose income is not more than fifty percent of median income for the county.
